Part Time Warehouse

-Position Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with loading and unloading trucks
• Loading/Unloading semi trailer deliveries
• Organize, stocking, cleaning warehouse
• Pickup/deliver parts  to technicians
• Operate machinery (i.e. fork trucks, scissor lifts, etc.)

-Requirements for Part Time Warehouse

• Must have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass drug test
• Must be able lift 40lbs
• Must be able to work in the heat and cold

Garage Door Technicians

-Position Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair – Repairing garage doors, door operators, replacing worn or broken door parts, installing new equipment including doors, and replacing springs.
• Explain in detail and help the customer understand their options to repair the issue and prevent future ones. After the work is done, you’ll review and explain it to customers so that they fully understand the work performed.
• Manage and organize materials on vehicles
• You will stay busy by fully addressing the customer’s needs and offering them the best solutions, and managing your time throughout the day.
• Assist loading & unloading semi trailer deliveries

-Requirements for the Technician Role

• Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Must be able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in the heat and cold, both outside and inside garages that may not be temperature-controlled.
• Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.
• Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Be reliable and able to serve our customers following our process.

-Knowledge

• Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required – we will train you.
• Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet. You can’t be afraid of technology.
• Must be able to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment.

Inside Sales Representative

-Position Responsibilities:

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, easily transferred to the installation/service team.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Understand the customer needs and be able to connect through empathy.
• Answer phones & assist customers
• Assist loading & unloading truck deliveries

-Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Good presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning sales software applications.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and a great attitude
